Edward C. Phelan, retired druggist, died in Larkspur last Friday, at the age of 63 years. A mass was said at the Larkspur church after which the Sawyer Company took the body to Vallejo, former home of the deceased. He leaves two sons, one a druggist in San Anselmo.
