JOHN PALACIO
JOHN PALACIO, 23, whose home was at 66 Brookdale Ave., San Rafael, was fatally injured Saturday afternoon two miles east of Sonoma. Driving a Borden's milk truck, a 21 ton truck and trailor collided with his truck. Palacio was taken to Napa hospital, where the driver of the truck and trailor, LOREN W. MURPHY of Stockton, contributed his blood for two transfusions. Palacio died on Monday.
It is said that Palacio's truck suddenly swerved directly into the path of the heavy vehicle piloted by Murphy.
