ROBERT W. MULLINS

All that was mortal of ROBERT W. MULLINS, who in life played such a large part in Fairfax civic affairs, was laid to rest in Mt. Olivet Cemetery on Saturday morning. His grave was banked deep with magnificent flowers, gifts of remembrance from his countless Fairfax friends.

Services were held at Keaton's Mortuary in San Rafael. From there the cortege proceeded to St. Rita's Church, where mass was offered for the repose of his soul by Rev. Fr. Peter Bennett, pastor of the church. At both of the services scores of friends were in attendance.

Mr. MULLINS had been a Fairfax councilman ever since that town was incorporated some 10 years ago. He served as mayor, also. Ever since he became a Fairfax resident, he took an active part in all matters pertaining to civic betterment and development.

He is survived by his widow, Mrs. LOUISE MULLINS; a sister, Miss IRENE MULLINS; and a brother, FRANK MULLINS. He was 55 years old and a native of New York. He passed away on the evening of May 21 following an operation.
