VIRGINIA FOLEY
Instant death was the fate of Mrs. VIRGINIA FOLEY, 44, who was killed by a truck during the heavy rains Monday morning at the corner of Fourth and E Streets in San Rafael.
Mrs. FOLEY, who lives at 105 Shaver Street, was struck by a truck owned by the Safeway store in Santa Rosa and driven by GEORGE J. WEBBER, 27, of Santa Rosa.
WEBBER said that because the windshield was fogged he couldn't see the woman until the last minute, and then it was too late to swerve.
