Mrs. Ethel Mays
Word reached San Rafael late last week of the death of Mrs. Ethel Skiles May (sic), resident of this city for the past eight years, who died suddenly Thursday while visiting her sister, Mrs. W. T. Rosch, and a daughter, Mrs. M. W. Houser, in Carthage, Missouri.
Mrs. Mays came here to be with her daughter, Miss Eloise Mays, rural school supervisor of this county, and during the years she spent in this city she became active in the Presbyterian church clubs, where she is well known.
Services were held in Carthage, with interment following at the family plot there.
