Bruce Fair, Chula Vista Subdivider, Passes Suddenly

Bruce Fair, who two years ago came to San Rafael and started extensive development in the Chula Vista tract west of Puerto Suello, was found dead last Sunday in his apartment in San Francisco. He died from an acute heart attack. A maid at the apartment found Fair, who died while in bed.

He leaves a daughter, Miss Marie Fair, residing in the southern part of the state.

Fair was in apparently good health up to a few days before his death and was in San Rafael attending to his subdivision affairs. His funeral was held Wednesday in San Francisco.

Some days ago, Mr. Fair told an interviewer when asked regarding progress of his subdivision, that Rapid transportation must come to Marin county if we can hope for any rapid and real development.
