Passes Away After A Short Illness
Manuel Ygera died on Friday, April 18th in t he 33rd year of his age. The deceased was a member of Tamalpais Parlor of Native Sons and of the order of Eagles. He was a nephew of S. A. Pacheco, and passed away at the home of his aunt, Mrs. Peter Crane.
A requiem mass was said at St. Raphael’s church on Monday morning for the repose of his soul, and t he interment was in Mt. Olivet cemetery.
Manuel was popular among the young people of San Rafael, and for fifteen years was employed by Grosjean & Co. and was industrious and faithful. He left an estate valued at about $50,000.
