LOUISE GRANDE
A funeral for Louise Grande, a longtime Marin resident, was to be held today at 1 p.m. at the Russell and Gooch mortuary in Mill Valley.
Mrs. Grande, 69, died Saturday at Mount Zion Hospital in San Francisco after a long illness.
She had worked as a secretary for Daystrom Furniture Co. in San Francisco.
Mrs. Grande was born in Oklahoma and came to San Francisco in the early 1940s. In 1952, she moved to Mill Valley and moved to Novato 17 years ago.
She is survived by her husband Albert E. Grande; a sister, Eula Richardson of Tulsa, Okla.; and a niece, Jamie Silva of Sausalito.
Burial will be at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery in San Rafael.
Friends may visit at the mortuary today after 9 a.m.
The family prefers memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association, 383 Devon Drive, San Rafael.
