CLAUDE V. ST. MARTIN
A Mass of Christian Burial for Claude V. St. Martin of San Rafael will be said at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Raphael’s Church in San Rafael. Mr. St. Martin, 71, died Wednesday in a fishing boat accident off Bodega Bay.
He was born in Minnesota and lived most of his life in California. He had resided in Marin since 1947.
Mr. St. Martin was a retired building contractor and cabinet maker.
He is survived by his wife, Joan St. Martin; three sons, Jerry, Michael and Gene St. Martin; four daughters, Claudia Hegwer, Barbara Crosby, Marie Calvin and Virginia Seibel; four sisters, Mary White, Irene Schueller, Teresa Friendshuh and Sister Stephanie St. Martin; two brothers, Clem and Bernard St. Martin; and 18 grandchildren.
Burial will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, San Rafael. The rosary will be recited today at 8:30 p.m. at St. Raphael’s Church. Friends may visit at Keaton’s Mortuary in San Rafael today until 5 p.m.
