Word was received here yesterday of the death Saturday morning in Eureka of W. G. Corbale (sic), formerly well-known in San Rafael and Marin county through his position of superintendent of the Northwestern Pacific Railroad.
Mr. Corbaley had been suffering from ill health for nearly ten years. Mr. Corbaley went from Berkeley, where he resided after he severed connections with the railroad, to Eureka to take charge of the management of the Eureka Water Company.
Mr. Corbaley’s brother, Fred Corbaley, of Spokane, Wash., his wife, daughter and son were with him when death took place.
He was 60 years of age and was born in Illinois.
