Sudden Death of Peter Crane

The sudden death of Peter Crane was a shock to his friends. He had been in poor health for about a month and a few days ago went to San Rafael Sanatarium and underwent an operation from which he was apparently recovering nicely. Suddenly on Wednesday evening he became worse and died at about six o’clock from heart failure. He was a native of California and had been a resident of Marin County for sixty years. His age was 66 years, 3 months and 25 days. He was the husband of Perfecta Crane. Mr. Crane was a jovial man, and he will be sadly missed by many friends.

The funeral services will be held at St. Rafael church at 9 a.m. Friday morning where a requiem mass will be said for the repose of his soul. Interment strictly private at Mt. Olivet cemetery.
