Death of J. H. Follis
The Journal regrets to announce the death of J. H. Follis, one of San Rafael’s prominent and enterprising citizens. Mr. Follis has been a resident of our city for several years and had a fine home here. He served as a member of the city trustees for one term, and was a loyal San Rafael citizen. He had been in poor health for several years.
