MAYBELLE E. SCOTT
MayBelle E. Scott of Mill Valley died Thursday at The Redwoods in Mill Valley at the age of 85.
Mrs. Scott, a native of Nevada City, Nevada County, moved to Mill Valley with her family 61 years ago. She was a homemaker.
Her late husband, William Ross, was a merchant. Her second husband, the late George Scott, was a labor leader and a member of the county grand jury.
She is survived by two sons, William Ross of Walnut Creek and James Ross of Mill Valley; a sister, Emma Sabraw of Healdsburg; and a brother, Frank Mott of Healdsburg.
At her request, there will be no service. Inurnment will be at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery in San Rafael.
