Mrs. Emma Brode Succumbs Monday
Mrs. Emma Brode, a resident of San Anselmo for the past 27 years, passed away at her home Monday following a brief illness.
She is survived by her husband, Richard J. Brode; her son, Walter R. Brode of San Francisco; two daughters, Mrs. Jeanne Liberough of San Francisco and Mrs. Della Whitman of Phoenix, Arizona; and her sisters, Mrs. Louis Becker Sr., Mrs. L. Gotti, and a brother, Ernest Kohler of San Rafael.
Funeral services were held at the chapel of Jenness & McElroy Wednesday morning. Interment was in Mt. Tamalpais cemetery. Services and interment were private.
