ROLFE M. OCKENDEN
At his request, there will be no services for Rolfe “Bud” M. Ockenden, 70, of Fairfax, who died Sunday at his home.
He was born in San Francisco. He had lived for the past 38 years in Fairfax. He had worked as a building contractor in Marin County.
Mr. Ockenden was a member of the Fairfax Planning Commission in 1958, and was elected to the Fairfax City Council, also in 1958.
He is survived by his wife, Florence Ockenden of Fairfax; a son, Tom Ockenden of Foster City; a daughter, Jean Beckley of Iowa; and seven grandchildren.
