Roswell H. MacGillivray Dies At 63
Funeral services for Roswell H. MacGillivray, 63, Pacific Coast manager of Westinghouse Electric International Co., who died Saturday at his home at 2262 Fifth avenue, San Rafael, will be held at 11 a.m. tomorrow by Dr. John Jefferson Canoles at Harry M. Williams Mortuary, San Rafael.
MacGillivray’s death followed long illness.
He had been a San Rafael resident for 10 years. He joined Westinghouse in his native New York 35 years ago, and after two decades transferred to Westinghouse International, a subsidiary handling foreign business. He served as manager of the Washington, D.C., office before being made Pacific Coast manager in San Francisco in 1946.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Wilhelmine J. MacGillivray; a daughter, Mrs. Marjorie Wahl of Mountain View; two sons, Roswell F. MacGillivray of San Rafael and Robert O. MacGillivray of Mountain View; a sister and two brothers, Mrs. Clare D. Mitchell of Pleasanton; Ogden Hall MacGillivray of Flushing, L.I., N.Y., and Frank MacGillivray of New York, and four grandchildren.
Interment will be in Mt. Tamalpais Crematory.
