Edward Lyons Succumbs Sunday

Sunday afternoon while hiking on Bald Hill, back of San Anselmo, Edward Lyons, 58, succumbed of heart trouble. Lyons is of Fairfax, having a summer home there, and is a retired butcher of 543 Dolores Street in San Francisco.

He is survived by Mrs. May Lyons, his widow, and Mrs. J. F. Halsick, his daughter.

Funeral rites were held at the parlors of Monahan & Co., in San Francisco. Interment was at Cypress Lawn Cemetery.

He was first taken to the parlors of Keaton and Dusel here, where an autopsy was performed by Dr. H. H. Kuser. He pronounced it a natural death from a heart ailment.
