BARBARA BARTHOLOMEW
Barbara Bartholomew, 66, died Monday at home in Mill Valley after a short illness.
Mrs. Bartholomew was a native of Detroit.
She came to Marin in 1946 and lived in Sausalito before moving to Mill Valley.
Mrs. Bartholomew served in the Navy as a Wave during World War II.
She worked for 20 years as a secretary for Polly McNaught Realtor Inc. in Sausalito.
Survivors include several cousins and relatives of her husband, the late Phillip Bartholomew.
At Mrs. Bartholomew’s request, no services were held.
The family prefers memorial gifts to Guide Dogs for the Blind in San Rafael.
