San Rafael Man Suicide
A body believed to be that of Wm. Milligan of San Rafael was found on the White Oaks tract by two small boys in Redwood City on Tuesday morning.
An investigation showed that the victim ended his life by firing two bullets into his breast above the heart. A revolver, with two exploded cartridges, was found beside the body. The man was about forty-eight years of age and well dressed.
