ALICE ARGENTO
Funeral for Alice Argento, former Marin resident who died unexpectedly in a Redding hospital Friday, was held today in San Rafael.
Mrs. Argento was born in San Francisco but lived in Marin for about 20 years.
She and her husband, Richard, former Marin County sheriff’s inspector, had operated a restaurant at Burney Falls in Shasta County for the past two years.
Before that time they lived in Lake County for a time.
Mrs. Argento was a member of the Lions Auxiliary and the Soroptimis (__?__).
In addition to her husband, she is survived by a son, Richard Raymond Argento of Fairfax; a daughter, Diane Rose Ford of Rohnert Park, and three grandchildren.
Entombment was in Mount Tamalpais Cemetery.
