Mrs. Cora May Duane, wife of James S. Duane, a guard at San Quentin, died at her home in San Quentin about 4 p.m. Wednesday. She was 48 years of age and had been ill for some time past, having recently undergone an operation at the Cottage Hospital. The funeral will be held from Sawyer’s Undertaking parlors at 11 a.m. on Friday, interment at Tamalpais cemetery.
