Noted Railroad Man Dies In Petaluma
Elmer Van Frank, president and manager of the Petaluma and Santa Rosa Railway Company, died at his home in Petaluma Saturday morning. It developed that he and his physicians had anticipated his death for some time, but that with the exhibition of a characteristic which had marked his whole life, he had worked hard and kept his dread secret from his loved ones until the last.
The funeral services were held Monday under the auspices of the Petaluma Elks and the body was taken to San Francisco for burial.
