El Verano Rancher Dies At Sausalito
Herman S. Hansen of El Verano, Sonoma county, dropped dead Monday afternoon at Sausalito as he was about to step aboard a steam train for his home. Hansen was 28 years of age, a rancher, and was returning from a business trip in San Francisco. An autopsy held under the direction of Coroner Sawyer disclosed that a hemorrhage was the cause of death. He leaves a widow, Mrs. Frieda Hansen, and is survived by his parents, well-to-do people in Salinas.
The remains were shipped to the home of the parents Tuesday for burial. The deceased was a member of the Native Sons.
