ADELE SANDER
A funeral was to be held at 10 a.m. today at Chapel of the Hills in San Anselmo for Adele Sander of San Anselmo.
Mrs. Sander, 93, died Monday at home.
She was born in Germany and emigrated to the Unites States in 1904. She lived in Fairfax with her late husband from 1940 until 1972, when she moved to San Anselmo.
Mrs. Sander was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in San Rafael and an avid gardener.
She is survived by a nephew, Walter Sander of Cupertino; and a niece, Dorothy Lang of San Francisco.
Burial will be private.
Friends may call at Chapel of the Hills in San Anselmo between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. Thursday.
