MARGARET G. MERKLEY
A Mass of Christina burial for Margaret Grady Merkley of Dixon, a native of San Rafael, was to be celebrated at 10 a.m. today at St. peter’s Catholic Church in Dixon. Mrs. Merkley, 79, died Sunday at her home in Dixon.
Mrs. Merkley was reared in San Rafael. She moved to the Sacramento area when she married.
As a young woman she worked at her family’s dairy, the Lucas Valley Dairy.
She is survived by two sons, Michael Merkley of Dixon and Carson Merkley of Bly, Ore.; a daughter, Molly Waters of Riverside; a sister, Loretta Grady of San Rafael; 17 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
