Sudden Illness Takes S. C. Hohweisner
Stephan Clemens Hohweisner, a commission house broker, and for years a member of the firm of C. Hohweisner & Company of San Francisco, passed away last Thursday at his home in San Rafael following a suddenly developed illness.
The funeral was held Sunday afternoon in San Francisco, Rev. Lynn T. White, pastor of the Presbyterian church, officiating.
Mr. Hohweisner had been a regular traveler between San Rafael and San Francisco for many years and was well known. He was the husband of Mrs. Louise A. Hohweisner and the father of Mrs. Rex W. Sherer, Louise J., Carl W. and the late Henry Hohweisner. He is also survived by a brother, Frederick Hohweisner, The deceased was born in Bremen, Germany, sixty–eight years ago.
