JEROME EDGAR ROBERTSON
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Mount Tamalpais Cemetery for Jerome Edgar Robertson, an engineer for Bechtel Corp. and longtime Corte Madera resident.
Mr. Robertson, 60, died unexpectedly Oct. 3 in Perth, Australia.
He was born in Princeton, Texas, and attended Texas State University. He served in the Navy during World War II.
He had worked for Bechtel in various places, most recently in Perth.
Mr. Robertson had lived in Corte Madera since 1964.
Survivors are his wife, Irma; his mother, Bertha Robertson of Fabens, Texas; three daughters, Roberta Edgette and Mary Lou Chwierut of Santa Rosa and Susan Robertson of Corte Madera; a son, Joe Charles Robertson of Corte Madera; and five grandchildren.
Family and friends may visit at Mount Tamalpais Mortuary in San Rafael from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Tuesday.
The family prefers memorial donations to the Buckelew House, 914 Mission Ave., San Rafael, 94901.
