WILLIE E. POZZI
Willie E. Pozzi of Placer County, a former Tomales resident, died Sunday in a convalescent hospital in Petaluma after a brief illness. He was 74.
Mr. Pozzi was born in Tomales and was reared in Marshall and Petaluma. He had lived in Lincoln in Placer County, where he worked in farming.
He is survived by two sisters, Venezia Mazzucchi and Enez Lanatti, both of Petaluma; and two brothers, Americo Pozzi of Novato and Livio Pozzi of Petaluma.
A funeral will be held at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Parent-Sorensen Mortuary in Petaluma. Private inurnment will be at Cypress Hill Memorial Park in Petaluma.
The family prefers that memorial contributions go to Hospice of Petaluma, 415 A St., Petaluma, 94952, or a favorite charity.
