MARTHA CRISWELL
Memorial service for Martha Criswell of San Anselmo will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at the Sleepy Hollow Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Criswell, 88, died unexpectedly Wednesday while visiting friends in Belleville, Ill.
She was born in Pittsburgh, Pa., but lived many years in Salem, Ohio. When her husband, James Homer Criswell, died about six years ago, Mrs. Criswell came to San Anselmo to live with her niece, Mrs. Fern Zell, at 40 Rosemont Avenue.
Only nieces and nephews survive.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at the Pinter Pinkerton Funeral Home, Avalon, Pa. Burial will be in Mount Royal Cemetery, Pittsburgh.
