JAMES KIRK MATLEY

James Kirk Matley of Los Angeles, a former resident of Marin, died Oct. 6 at home after a long illness. He was 42.

Mr. Matley was born in Marin and lived in San Anselmo before moving to Southern California about 15 years ago.

He was an accountant.

He is survived by his mother, Frances Jean Matley of Petaluma; his sister, Diana Matley of San Jose; and his brother, Michael Matley of Petaluma.

Inurnment was private.
