C. JOHN IACONO
A funeral will be held at 1 p.m. today at Keaton’s Mortuary in San Rafael for C. John Iacono of Greenbrae.
Mr. Iacono, 64, died Monday at Marin General Hospital.
He was a native of San Francisco and had lived in Marin County for about 30 years.
Mr. Iacono was the owner of the New Sonoma Creamery, a cheese manufacturing company that closed more that a decade ago.
Since then, he had worked in the restaurant business, most recently for Heidi’s Deli in Novato.
Survivors include his wife, Helen Iacono of Greenbrae; his mother, Elena Iacono in San Francisco; two sons, John S. Iacono of Greenbrae and David L. Iacono of Novato; a daughter, Elda Rae Fanucchi of Novato; a sister, Elva Rose Bergari of San Francisco; and five grandchildren.
Burial will be at Valley Memorial Park in Novato.
The family prefers memorial contributions to the American Heart Fund or the American Cancer Society.
