ENID M. SCHULTZ
A graveside service for Enid M. Schultz, a longtime Corte Madera resident, was held Wednesday at the San Francisco National Cemetery at the Presidio.
Mrs. Schultz died Sunday at the Community Hospital of Monterey after a lengthy illness. She was 87.
She was born in San Francisco and had lived in Corte Madera since 1942.
Mrs. Schultz had been active in many community groups over the years and belonged to the Corte Madera Swingers and the Corte Madera Women’s Improvement Club.
Her husband, Fred Schultz, who died earlier, had been an automobile dealer in San Francisco for many years.
She is survived by a nephew, Charles J. Prelsnick of Monterey; and a niece, Dorothy Olson of Butte, Mont.
The family prefers that memorial contributions be made to the Guide Dogs for the Blind in San Rafael or St. Anthony’s Kitchen in San Francisco.
