Four S. R. Girls Left Orphans As Mother Joins Dad In Death
Mrs. Amanda H. Pullen, 49, who only a few months ago lost her husband, James Pullen, died yesterday in San Rafael following an illness which has lasted some months.
Mrs. Pullen leaves four daughters – Jean, a San Rafael High school graduate; Barbara and Patricia, both San Rafael High students; and Clarice, a pupil at Short school.
Mrs. Pullen also leaves three sisters, Mrs. Hannah Lannerton, Mrs. Hulda Young and Mrs. Ida Fuller, and two brothers, Carl and Frank Hanson. Funeral will be held tomorrow at Keaton’s mortuary at 2 p.m. followed by interment in Mt. Tamalpais cemetery.
James Pullen, who died last year, was a driver for Borden’s Dairy Delivery Company in San Rafael.
