Larkspur Attorney Killed By Landslide
Sidney Schlesinger, well known Larkspur attorney, who has resided on Millard road for a number of years, was instantly killed on Tuesday, by a landslide at Mt. Shasta.
He left Larkspur on Friday. At Mt. Shasta, he joined a group of hikers intent on scaling the dangerous heights. Several hundred feet ahead of the others, tons of rock suddenly hurtled down upon him, crushing him to death instantly.
The remains were returned to San Francisco; funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
Schlesinger had law offices in the Mills Building. At one time he ran for Congress against Mrs. Kahn.
