DOROTHY PARENT

Funeral was held today in Mill Valley for Dorothy G. Parent, 58, a resident of that city for nearly half a century.

Mrs. Parent died Friday at her home, 45 Coronet Avenue, after a long illness.

Surviving is her husband, Harold L. Parent.

Mrs. Parent was a native of San Francisco. She graduated from Tamalpais High School and has been active in the Outdoor Art Club of Mill Valley and the Marin Garden Club.

Tributes may be in the form of contributions to the American Cancer Society.
