Woodchopper Dies of Exposure
Jack Murray, a wandering laborer, who had been chopping wood on Tomales ranches for two or three months, died last Saturday as a result of exposure. He was found lying by the roadside early Saturday morning. A doctor was called, but it was too late to save the man.
Coroner Sawyer was called and the remains were brought to San Rafael for burial at the County Farm. As far as is known Murry (sic) had no relatives.
