Modesto Murderer Suicides in Prison
Charles Wiley, 57, Modesto murderer, after 10 years at San Quentin, leaped to his death on Friday from the fifth tier of cells. He was cell tender. Wiley was sent to prison for shooting three men at Crow’s Landing in 1930.
