PATRICIA HENDERSON
Patricia Henderson, 32-year-old mother of four, collapsed and died unexpectedly Tuesday at her home in Mill Valley, apparently of a respiratory ailment.
The coroner’s office said efforts to resuscitate her at Marin General Hospital were unsuccessful.
Russell and Gooch Mortuary in Mill Valley is handling arrangements.
