Tim Edward Berry
The memorial service for Tim Edward Berry, longtime Marin resident, will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at the Chapel of the Hills in San Anselmo.
Mr. Berry, 40, took his own life Tuesday at his residence.
He was the former owner of Berry GT Enterprises auto repair shop in San Rafael. He sold the business in 1984.
He was most recently a top salesman for an insurance firm.
He raced cars for many years. Last year he won a national championship in the Sports Car Club of America’s Solo II category.
He is survived by his parents, Ed and Barbara Berry of Maui, Hawaii; and a sister, Lari Reinhard of Rich Town, N.J.
