Young Man Taken By Sudden Death
Walter Hyatt, employed in San Rafael for years by different concerns in a clerical capacity, passed away last Saturday, the victim of tuberculosis from which he had been a long sufferer. He was thirty-two years of age.
The funeral was held Monday at Sawyer’s Parlors and the remains were taken to Mt. Olivet cemetery, San Francisco, for cremation.
Hyatt leaves a sister, Mrs. Hoover and three brothers to mourn his untimely death. For many years he had made his home with Fritz Pfeffer, for whom he worked as clerk and at whose residence he died. He was for some time a collector for the Pacific Gas & Electric Company. His death was sudden. Friday he appeared on the streets and seemed to be as well as for some weeks past.
