JOHN S. LANCASTER
A Mass of Christian Burial for John S. Lancaster of Bolinas was to be celebrated this morning at the Mission San Rafael Archangel in San Rafael. Mr. Lancaster, 77, died Saturday at his home.
Mr. Lancaster, a native of Willits, had lived in Bolinas for 50 years.
He was a past president of the Bolinas Public Utilities District.
He was an advertising salesman for the Tablet & Picket Co. He retired about 12 years ago.
He is survived by two sisters, Pauline Senner of Bolinas and Elizabeth Kennedy of Sacramento, and three brothers, Presley Lancaster and Francis Lancaster, both of Santa Barbara and Joseph F. Lancaster of Menlo Park.
Entombment will be at Holy Cross Cemetery in Colma.
