Mrs. Rogers Finds Cook Dead In Chair

When Mrs. Ralph Rogers of Petaluma avenue stepped into her kitchen last Friday to speak to her cook, Mrs. Catherine Lynch, she found the woman sitting in a chair apparently asleep. Addressing her twice without receiving a reply, Mrs. Rogers discovered that the woman was dead.

An autopsy disclosed that Mrs. Lynch had died of heart trouble. She had been conversing with Mrs. Rogers but a few moments before.

The deceased was the widow of the late William Lynch, and the mother of Nora, Michael, Mary Ellen and Teresa Lynch, all of San Francisco.

The funeral was held last Monday in San Francisco and burial was made in Holy Cross cemetery.
