ETHEL MARGARET KELSEY
Ethel Margaret Kelsey, a longtime resident of Corte Madera, died Friday morning at Ross General Hospital after a long illness. She was 83.
Miss Kelsey was born in Merced Falls, Merced County, and had lived in Marin for the past 30 years.
She got her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in public health from the University of California at Berkeley.
She was a retired public health nurse for the county of Marin.
She was a member of the First Presbyterian Church in San Rafael and was a former member of the Ross Hospital Volunteers.
She is survived by two sisters, Mildred Probert of Greenbrae and Ruth Tegen of Modesto.
At her request, no service will be held.
