FRANK C. TANFORAN
Frank C. Tanforan, 83-year-old retired Ignacio service station owner, died this morning in a local hospital after an illness of less than a month.
He had lived in Marin county for 65 years after coming from his native San Bruno. Surviving are three children, Mrs. Evelyn Allison, Lee and Frank Tanforan, and two sisters, Mrs. Julia Bodkin and Mrs. Nellie Rodgers, and a brother, William Tanforan.
Last rites will be held from Keaton’s Mortuary in San Rafael Tuesday at 9 a.m. and thence to St. Raphael’s church where a mass will be said. Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that he was the husband of the late Edith Tanforan.
