JOSHUA M. ROTH
A graveside service was held today at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Sebastopol for Joshua Meade Roth. Mr. Roth died Sunday at Kaiser Hospital in Terra Linda. He was 32.
Mr. Roth, who battled cancer for five years, ran his own business in Sebastopol, importing garden tools and cutlery from Japan.
He was born in Chicago and moved to Marin County at the age of 12. He resided in Fairfax for 10 years and graduated from Sir Francis Drake High School.
He is survived by his partner, Anne Pavlisin of Sebastopol; his parents, Lynn Roth of Santa Rosa and Martin Roth of Corte Madera; a brother, Merrill Chambers of Corvallis, Ore.; and two sisters, Margot Brown of Santa Rosa and Lurie Roth of Petaluma.
Contributions are preferred to the Joshua Roth Agricultural Scholarship Fund, Exchange Bank, 2201 Mendocino Ave., Santa Rosa.
