HATTIE C. SPARLING
A private service for Hattie C. Sparling of Novato was held Monday at Keaton’s Chapel of Marin in Novato. Mrs. Sparling, 89, died Sunday at Novato Community Hospital.
She was a native of California.
Mrs. Sparling had worked for the W. J. Sloan Co. She was a member of the Novato Senior Citizens.
She is survived by a sister, Mae Aehmlich of San Francisco, and two grandchildren.
Inurnment was at Valley Memorial Park in Novato.
The family prefers memorial contributions to Novato Senior Citizens.

A Death Notice in the same paper adds that she was the grandmother of Raymond and Ronald Sparling.
