John F. “Doc” Jordan

Funeral services were held Tuesday morning for John F. “Doc” Jordan, who died suddenly at his home on the San Quentin reservation. Mr. Jordan, an enthusiastic member of San Anselmo Post of the American Legion and the Elks, had been ill for some time, but his condition was not considered critical. He had been employed at the prison for 16 years.

Mrs. Ethel Lee Jordan survives her husband. The couple have one son, Richard.

Rites were conducted by the Harry M. Williams Mortuary with burial at the Golden Gate National Cemetery.
