Owen E. Smith, a brother of City Clerk Eugene Smith, passed away in Duncan’s Mills Monday, and the funeral was held yesterday. County Clerk R. E. Graham, former fellow employee of Smith on the railroad, attended the funeral. Smith was 45 years of age and leaves a widow.
