FLORENCE EHRENBERG

Florence A. Ehrenberg, 88, of Mill Valley, a children’s song writer, died yesterday at a local hospital after a sudden illness.

Mrs. Ehrenberg was born in St. Charles, Minn., and as a young woman moved to Spokane, Wash., where she lived for some 64 years.

She was employed for many years as a music teacher in Spokane public schools and also was a private teacher of piano. Mrs. Ehrenberg composed music for children and several of her compositions were published.

Her husband, Gustaf Ehrenberg, died in 1967.

Mrs. Ehrenberg came to Mill Valley in 1972.

She is survived by two sons, Alan Ehrenberg of Belvedere and Elliott Ehrenberg of Alhambra, and four grandchildren.

No funeral will be held. Interment will be at Greenwood Cemetery in Spokane.
