JOSEPH CHRISTIAN
Joseph Edgar Christian of 88 Juno Road, Tiburon, died yesterday in Williamsburg, Va., after a long illness. He was 64.
Christian was chief construction engineer for Busch Properties Inc., a subsidiary of Anheiser-Busch breweries. Previously he was chief of design for the Army Corps of Engineers district office in San Francisco.
With his wife, Alice C. Christian, he also had a home in Williamsburg, and had been residing in Virginia since August of t his year.
He is survived by three daughters, Gayly Christian of San Diego, Linda Christian of Williamsburg, Va., and Mrs. J. W. Winningan of Fresno; a son, William Joseph Christian of San Diego, and 10 grandchildren.
Funeral will be Tuesday at 2:30 p.m. at the Mill Valley Methodist Church. Burial will be in Mount Tamalpais Cemetery, San Rafael. The family prefers memorial gifts to a favorite charity.
